We love to make our egg, batter, bacon and cheese waffles. It is a quick and easy breakfast before school. My girls can walk to the bus eating their waffles on the way or served with syrup.
- 1 egg
- Mix as directed on the box or use your own favorite recipe.
- Approximately 1/8 cup of shredded cheese per waffle.
- Spray preheated griddle.
- Scramble egg.
- Pour egg onto griddle.
- Pour waffle batter over the egg and just enough to barely cover the bottom of the griddle, add cheese and bacon.
- Cook as desired crispy or light.
- Serve plain or with syrup. Enjoy!
